I just wanted to share my gratitude for the emergency department.
Especially Dr Kosei Higurashi who took great care and time to explain everything that was going to happen in regards to my procedure. He listened to all my questions and queries, with no judgement and an eagerness to get to the bottom of what was going on with my health.
I wanted to share my immense gratitude for his positive attitude and great bedside manner at the Emergency Department, this was seen and appreciated by all of us there.
