The main entrance for the Greenlane Clinical Centre is at Gate 1 Greenlane Road West. Unless your appointment letter directs you to another building, clinics are accessed from the main building. You will find signs inside the main door directing you to your clinic, if you are not sure which way to go please ask the blue-coated Volunteers. Please report to your clinic reception desk so that your arrival can be recorded.
Hours of operation are from Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to noon, although some clinics are open later. To enter the building outside of these hours, please make arrangements with the ward or service you are visiting.

Greenlane Clinical Centre has an active 24-hour security service. If you have a concern about security issues, please tell our staff or security officers immediately.

There are public toilets for visitors (including disability toilets) and parenting rooms with nappy change areas in each building.
We are not able to receive incoming telephone calls for patients.
There is an ASB cashflow machine on the gound floor opposite the Help Desk. This machine accepts most major cards and the car park also accepts EFTPOS.
Free wifi is available in some areas in our buildings. Look out for "Hospital Hot Spot" on the wifi networks on your phone, tablet or laptop. You can log in for free wifi.
In addition to the following cafes and food services, snack and cold drink vending machines are located in the main corridors.
